The Capex group of companies is comprised of:

1.   Capex Inc which holds the groups’ Southern Africa as well as intellectual proprietary rights to trade marks, service marks and sophisticated computerized systems and technology.

2.   Trade4It  which acts as a third party record keeper and clearing house of Barter transactions among the members of the association.

3.   The Oregon Trade Expansion Network Ltd (limited by Guarantee) is the forum for the members of the Association. A unique feature of membership is the fact that the liability of members is limited and in pursuance of reciprocal barter trade, members have the full support, the expertise of tried and tested methods and marketing strategies and the efficiency and professionalism of the Capex Group and its international associates as a positive support mechanism for their interaction as reciprocal traders.

The structure of membership of the Oregon Trade Expansion Network is regulated by its Memorandum and Articles of Association which conform with the provisions of the Companies Act and statutory requirements.  The rights and obligations of members arising from reciprocal barter trade are governed by the Capex Trading Plan incorporating rules and regulations which confer protection for the rights of all parties associated within the Oregon Trade Expansion Network system.  Members of the Oregon Trade Expansion Network are affiliated to selected independent Franchisees and Brokers whose function it is to assist members in achieving their trade objectives by recruiting new members, developing new trade opportunities and acting as a liaison between such members and the infrastructure of the Capex Group.

In order to enjoy the privileges and benefits of barter trade within the structure of the Association, it is a pre-condition of participation that you apply for membership of the Oregon Trade Expansion Network and having been approved as a member, you contract with the Trade4It to administer and record your reciprocal barter transactions in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable to all members.
